Miscellaneous Income Form 1099 will be mailed by January 31st of each year.  You will only receive a 1099 if your total royalties for the tax year were $10.00 or more or if you received $600.00 or more in Delay Rental payments.  When you receive your form, please take a moment to verify that the number in the “Recipient’s Identification Number” box and name is correct for that Identification Number.  If you find an error, please  notify our Accounting Department immediately.
