In order to transfer the interest to the rightful heirs, the following documents are required:

1. 1.    A certified copy of the decedent’s death certificate.
   

2. 2.    A copy of the Probated/Recorded Last Will and Testament.
   

3. 3.    Letters of administration.
   

4. 4.    The names and addresses of the heirs.
   

5. 5.    Copies of any appropriate recorded conveyances.
